Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your service dates and is applied toward your total service balance.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before services are eligible for a full refund of payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made 15–29 days before services are eligible for a 50% refund of payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours but 14 days or less before services are eligible for a 25% refund of payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made 72 hours or less before services are non-refundable.
Client-requested reductions in scheduled services are non-refundable. Once booked, your service time is reserved specifically for you. Reducing scheduled hours, days, shifts, or services does not reduce the balance due for the original reservation.
Services already rendered are non-refundable.
